Shanghai Jintai produces the SG22 slim hydraulic diaphragm wall grab

??? Recently, one unit of SG22 slim hydraulic diaphragm wall grab with “green Jintai” color was used in the project of reservoir construction, located in Ma An Shan, Tong Ling, An Hui province. This event indicates the new water conservancy era is coming.

??? SG22 was specially designed for water conservancy construction by our company, with light weight and less influence to dam basis. Using a slim grab shovel, this model can do the job(Wall) from 0.22~0.6m to meet the needs of the anti-seepage wall in water conservancy projects. This model is mainly used in anti-seepage of dam, boatyard cofferdam and other water conservancy projects. It is widely recognized when it came out to the market, and now, this model can be seen in many water conservancy projects in Anhui and Jiangxi province.
????Ma An Shan reservoir lies in Zhou Yang county of An Hui province, it is a middle size reservoir (10.04 million cubic meters), with irrigation, prevent flood and generate electricity functions.? This reservoir was built in 1950s, it didn’t meet the design requirements because of lacking of investment. Otherwise, it has been a long time when it is established, so this reservoir has security threat. In 2008, the reinforcement of this reservoir was listed as the new water conservancy by China government, and the project was on process when it had finished its bids in the same year. SG22 was selected as the anti-seepage wall equipment because of its high efficiency, low energy consumption and easy operation features.
??? On this project, SG22 easily finished the job of the stratum-digging which formed by backfill, strongly weathered rocks, the finished wall is 0.6m width and 30m depth. This model machine guarantees the project finished on time and it really enjoys a good reputation from the user.
